With Christmas just a few weeks away, many people may already be dreaming of the food and drink they will be consuming over the festive period.

Christmas dinner is a perfect time to gather with the family and tuck into delicious roast potatoes, a vegetarian or meat-focused centrepiece, vegetables, and gravy - but one item remains a little controversial... the Yorkshire pudding.

For some, the Yorkshire pudding is a staple of any roast dinner - a tradition. For others, the common British side dish does not appear alongside Christmas celebrations.
