“Great wine selection and it’s definitely worth asking the staff what they recommend for drinks to go with dessert. The staff are fantastic and we have had the best service here of any restaurant we have been to.”

One reviewer said: “Vero Moderno has become a firm favourite when we visit Manchester. It really is worth the short journey out of the city centre down Chapel Street in Salford to sample true authentic Italian food.

“The prawn starter is to die for, beautiful large plump prawns cooked in a foil bag so all the cooking juices are retained a bargain for £11. We love the chicken roulade, a gorgeous piece of chicken stuffed with cheese and mushrooms and wrapped in pancetta, again a generous serving and excellent value.”
