The AO Arena will be host to many of these gigs. However, other great venues around Manchester with big gigs on the cards include the O2 venues and Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground. A double header of shows by Sheffield’s finest Arctic Monkeys will take place at the cricket ground. Another one of Manchester’s finest sporting venues, the Etihad Stadium, will host a Coldplay gig in the summer.
