Members can choose either to join Soho House internationally which allows access to all 41 Soho House venues globally for a £2,750 annual fee - or just to be a member of Soho House Manchester, which will cost £1,800 a year - both memberships allow the individual to access the House with up to three guests when they attend. There is a reduced rate available for under 27s.

A Mollie’s Motel, Bar and Diner will be part of the swish development. It will feature 133 bedrooms designed by Soho House, as well as a live music bar and events space on the lower ground floor and a deli bar and diner at street level.

The interior will be made up of bespoke and vintage furniture pieces which will “reference the era of the building” harping back to the 1950’s and 1960’s.

Soho House & Co CEO Andrew Carnie said: “Bringing Soho House to other cities in the UK has always been something we’ve wanted to do and, as a Mancunian, I’m particularly proud to be coming to Manchester.

“Nick and the design team have worked hard to create a space for our members that preserves the heritage of the Granada Studios building, while introducing a rooftop pool terrace and floor to ceiling windows on the top floor. The view of the city is going to be amazing from there and I can’t wait for members to experience it.”
