One of the stand-out features of Mr Su Noodles is its pick-your-own toppings. Diners can choose between various meats or vegetables, types of noodles and different flavours of broth.
Jimmy Su, co-owner of Mr Su said: “We can’t wait to officially open the doors to Mr Su Manchester to show the city our specialty noodles and dumplings, that have been 25 years in the making.

What’s on the menu?
The dumplings come in several different filling options and portion sizes of six, 12, 18 or 24. The lamb and Chinese leaf dumplings, for example, will set you back £3.90, £7.50, £10.90 or £13.90 respectively – making them a fairly affordable option for both sharing and eating alone. All the dumplings are made on-site.
Noodle dishes come in five different broth options: normal, tomato, seafood, spicy or pickled. Then you can choose between traditional and localised toppings, such as beef, chicken, prawn, veg and duck. For an idea of prices, the chicken and duck street noodles costs £9.90, and the mixed vegetable option costs £8.60.
