If you join a Nuffield Health gym now, you will get your membership for the whole of January free of charge. The gym – which specialises in health and wellbeing – centres across Manchester including Printworks and Didsbury.
4. JD Gyms
Joining a JD gym this January means that your first month will cost you £10 instead of the usual £21.99 for a standard membership and you can save even more when you join JD plus which is £24.99 a month. You can choose from gyms in the city centre or branch out into Greater Manchester for whichever suits you.
