Manchester Christmas Markets 2023: four festive cocktails you can try at the festive event this year

The Manchester Christmas markets are up and running for 2023, and there is a wide range of food and drink options available. Mulled wine is always a popular choice, but what if you want something even more fancy? 

If you are in this crowd, then you’re in luck. Manchester-based drinks company The Cocktail Co is on hand to help you out with a selection of festive cocktails. 

The company has its main bar just off Piccadilly Gardens. Called ‘Off Piste’, it is one of three bars at the markets where you can get one of the festive drinks delights. ‘Tipsy Wheels’ is also in Piccadilly Gardens, whilst ‘The Globe Bar’ is in The Cathedral Gardens. 

The Cocktail Co has brought these four options to the Christmas markets this year. Here is the full selection, including which bar you’ll be able to get it at. All of the cocktails will cost £8.

Hot Apple Gin-gle - Off Piste, Piccadilly Gardens

 In Piccadilly Gardens you’ll find The Cocktail Co’s main bar, Off Piste, which will be serving HOT cocktails to keep you warm during your visit to the markets. The Hot Apple Gin-gle in particular is a delicious blend of gins, Christmas spices, apple and citrus for the ultimate winter warmer! 

White Christmas Mojito - Tipsy Wheels, Piccadilly Gardens

Dreaming of a white Christmas? One way to guarantee it is with a delicious White Christmas Mojito – the festive take on the classic cocktail is available at Tipsy Wheels in Piccadilly Gardens. 

Candy Cane Cosmo - Tipsy Wheels, Piccadilly Gardens

Another treat available at Tipsy Wheels is a Candy Cane Cosmo! Exactly as it sounds, the drink is a delicious Cosmopolitan cocktail, topped with a candy cane garnish for the ultimate festive touch. 

Chocolate Orange Espresso Martinis - The Globe Bar, Cathedral Gardens

Taking a fun twist on the traditional Espresso Martini, The Globe Bar in Cathedral Gardens is serving up the ultimate cocktail combo – a Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini!
