JD Sports in Trafford Centre are bringing more offers and events next week - here's the details
On the eve of the grand opening, JD and Nike hosted a JD community lock-in event, handing over the keys to UK raper Central Cee.
On the day of the official opening, eight-time Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt opened the JD biggest store alongside Beta Squad, entertaining crowds with a 100-metre sprint challenge.

Off the back off the celebrations, JD is offering more over this coming week.
What’s on this week:
- JD Sports will be launching Manchester adidas Originals Market — a space inside the store repping local creatives and homegrown talent. This is part of JD’s work to give back to the local community.
- The destination includes a range of unmissable gifts with purchase – first come, first served – including: 200 free matcha from @federalcafebar, spend £20+ on Adidas women’s product for a free flower bouquet from @frogmcr spend £60+ on Adidas women’s product for a free A4 print @Holliegraphik. Additionally, adidas Originals Barbers is giving away fresh trims when spending over £20+.
- You can also grab a Stanley Cup and customise with Matt B Customs at the in-store personalisation workshop.

Hide Ad- Unlike Humans’ iconic ice cream truck will be pulling up to serve JD matcha and vanilla mochi.
