Elizabeth Tower is a relative new-comer to Manchester’s growing skyscraper district, having been completed in 2022 by developer North Property Group. It stands at 52 stories and located just a short walk away from Deansgate. All the flats currently have tenants.

There are a number of different luxury amenities within the building, including a swimming pool, a gym, roof terrace, residents’ lounge, spa and on-site concierge.

According to the developer’s website, the building’s swimming pool, located on the 44th floor, is the highest residential swimming pool in the UK. The images of the rooms show them to be light, modern and clean, taking full advantage of the city skyline views with large floor-to-ceiling windows.

It is currently being listed on Zoopla by Renaissance Real Estate.
