Much loved Argentinian restaurant Gaucho’s celebrated Sustainable Supper Club is back next month

A must try for foodies and environmentalists a like, this zero-waste edition of the sustainable supper club will utilise left over cuts and trimmings from Gaucho’s Sunday roast dishes to ‘create a sensational and sustainable dinner to be enjoyed in the stylish of settings.‘

From canapes and mains to drinks and desserts, dishes promise to not only be delicious, but make a positive impact on the planet.

The Sustainable Supper Club will be partnered with LØCI, who will be giving away a pair of vegan sneakers on the evening.

Guests can also enjoy a live performance from a local Manchester artist who will live paint a pair of sneakers - making it a great night all round for sneaker fans.

The restaurant says: “Gaucho has been working tirelessly on calculating the carbon emissions from our beef from farm to plate, allowing us to provide a carbon neutral dining experience when it comes to our beef.

“Our Sustainable Supper Club in Manchester will take things one step further, championing unique and often forgotten about cuts of meat, locally sourced and seasonable herbs and vegetables all beautifully tied together with an optional cocktail pairing menu, collaborating with some of our most valued sustainable drink brands.”

Tickets are £50pp for the set menu, or level up to £70 for the set menu and sustainable drinks pairing.

Guests will be sat family style on one table together, and seats are limited.
