His influence on food has also been transferred to TV, as Tom enjoyed his time on BBC2’s Great British Menu, where he won the main course at the final banquet.
The restaurant's website paints a warm and welcoming picture to any customers old or new. They say: “At Skof, there are no conventions, no dress codes — just great food and great vibes, in a casual and beautifully designed space, much like the city we’ve chosen as our home.”
All winners will be announced at The Good Food Guide Awards on Monday February 3 2025.
