For course three, diners can choose from KAJI fried louet-feisser oysters with mayo, hot sauce and lime, boneless corn-fed chicken wings with thai green mousse and katsu curry sauce, or Jerusalem artichokes with chimichurri, hazelnuts and pickled pear.

The main event comes in course four, with a choice of four indulgent, rich mains. Meat lovers should opt for Himalayan salt aged beef fillet, with ox beef, shiitake mushrooms, and sansho pepper sauce. Or try the decadent cod loin kiev, with smoked garlic and cep mushroom. Vegetarians can enjoy some delicious Maitake mushrooms with dark soy and mirin, panko-crumbed egg and shiitake ketchup. For an even more indulgent experience, guests can share a 500g Chateaubriand for two (additional £30).

Those with a big appetite can also enjoy an additional selection of sides - including togarashi potato tots, heritage potatoes, wood fire autumn roots, and spiced miso glazed cabbage.
