I tried Manchester's newest Mexican restaurant in Spinningfields - the decor is stunning
I went down to try Ocasa, the newest Mexican restaurant located in the Spinningfields area of Manchester. The building is absolutely amazing!
The exterior of the restaurant is a rich clay colour and lit up by the Ocasa lights and surrounded by green trees.

Even before stepping in, you feel truly transported to Mexico!
Once inside you are hit with ambient warm lighting giving you the same feeling as if you were on holiday sitting down for a meal after a day in the sun.
I tried the Verde Slaw Salad bowl which included Avocado, lime & chilli dressing (£8.50).
Additionally, I also had the Halloumi Popcorn (£9) which had a Habanero truffle honey sauce.

Both were absolutely delicious and I could have eaten another whole bowl of the Halloumi Popcorn.
A someone who is both vegetarian and spice avoidant, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a couple of options on the menu which were perfect for others like me.
There is such a range on this menu! For the vegans you can tr Shredded Pasilla Jackfruit tacos or you can have yourself a meat feast with a range of skewers.
