Manchester City fans- your club has done it. They’ve booked their place in the 2023 Champions League Final and will be facing Inter Milan in Istanbul.
The rush for tickets will soon begin, but another key factor of the trip will be how you get there. Luckily, there are plenty of flights from Manchester over to Istanbul around the Champions League final weekend of June 10.

According to the official website of Manchester Airport, flights from Manchester to the Turkish capital are fairly regular. There are two airports in Istanbul, these are Istanbul airport (IST) and the smaller Sabiha Gokcen Airport ( SAW).
There are Manchester flights to both of these airports. However, the more regular direct flights land at Istanbul airport.

Friday June 9

Hide AdOn the day of the final, flights to Istanbul are cheaper. However, there is only one flight which would get you into the city in time for kick off.
This is the 10.45am Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. The cheapest seat is £330 and you’ll get into Turkey at around 4.50pm local time.
