M&S opened a brand new store on Thursday 30 November at the Trafford Centre, taking over the former Debenhams unit that had been empty for years.
The massive 98,000 sq ft store features a market-style foodhall, clothing, home and Beauty departments, as well as a new 152-seat M&S Café. This is the ninth M&S opening this month alone and .
Store Manager Laura Smith, who has worked at M&S for over 25 years, said: “We are thrilled to officially open our brand-new store today in Trafford Centre. The last few weeks have been so exciting for us all as we’ve seen the store take shape, and I’d like to thank everyone in the team for all their hard work to make sure everything is ready for our customers today.”

The new Trafford Centre M&S will be open 8am–10pm Monday to Friday, 8am – 9pm Saturday and 12-6pm on Sunday.
