House prices in Manchester: 15 most expensive streets and their average house prices

It will not come as any surprise that house prices in Manchester are very different, depending on which area of the borough you live in.

Some parts of the borough are among the most deprived areas of the country, while at the other end of the scale, some areas have house prices that average in the millions. 

Home sales company Property Solvers regularly tracks average sold price data from the HM Land Registry for homes located across the country. The data is then used in a searchable online database. 

We had a look at average house prices in the areas of Manchester borough with M postcodes to find the top 15 most expensive streets.
