TikTok comedian pranks Manchester drivers & gives parking fines a u-turn

Jack took the streets of the city recently crowned as the parking fine hotspot, with Manchester’s PCN rate a whopping 901.33% higher than the national average, to spread joy to drivers by handing out free Scalextric sets in surprise parking fine prank.

Unsuspecting Mancunians had mixed reactions to the prank, with Jack finding himself being chased through the street by one angry driver, while another was excited to hit the track with his racing enthusiast nephew.
