Since joining forces in 2024, The Flava People’s successful ‘Give-a-shop’ campaign stood as a true testament to the concept that every bit counts. By donating 3p from each Flava It! sachet sold, the £30,000 raised provided enough funds to get the 25th Community Grocery store up and running. As a family-run business founded in Manchester, The Flava People remained dedicated to providing people with game-changing dinners, and achieving this milestone was especially important given its proximity to home.

This partnership aimed to uplift Manchester and the wider community, tackling food poverty one step at a time.
This funding will help create a grocery store that not only provides affordable food but also essential community services like cooking classes and job support.
