Senior director promotion at Lichfields

Over the past 15 years, Brian has accumulated extensive experience in planning and development across the North West of England and North Wales.

Brian’s work spans the residential, industrial, logistics and energy sectors. He specialises in promoting strategic sites through the Local Plan process and preparing planning applications for major developments, including for many of the leading housebuilders.

Commenting on the promotion, Lichfields Chief Executive James Fennell said: “Brian’s promotion to Senior Director reflects his success in fostering highly productive client relationships and his detailed knowledge of the North West market. The office is in very good shape, and we have ambitious plans to grow.”

In his new role, Brian will work alongside fellow Senior Directors, Simon Pemberton and Rebecca Caines. They are supported by a team of 25 people, based in offices on King Street in Manchester City Centre.
