Sebastian keeps defining the limits of BMX riding with world-first event

Red Bull are bringing a thrilling new BMX competition, Red Bull Featured, to Manchester Central in 2025.

The event will bring together 16 of the world’s most innovative BMX riders, invited to compete in a first-of-its-kind format with a custom-built park on a bigger and bolder scale.

Created by BMX legend and Red Bull athlete Sebastian Keep, the event’s format won’t penalise riders for falling, giving riders a platform to create history and attempt tricks never seen before in competition.

Sebastian said: “By stripping away the red tape, rules and limits typical of current competition formats, we want to deliver an event which inspires riders to push the boundaries, break new ground and innovate free of any restrictions or conventions. By not penalising riders for falls, at Red BullFeatured, we want every crash to be a step towards a world first, not a failure.”
