National law firm with one of country’s largest childcare teams sponsors domestic abuse charity.
A national law firm now comprising one of England’s biggest childcare teams is giving back to the community by sponsoring a domestic abuse charity.
Cartwright King Solicitors, whose childcare team has nearly tripled to around 40 members over the past 12 months, has partnered with Bedford-based domestic abuse charity IMPAKT.
The firm’s sponsorship involves funding networking coffee mornings hosted by the organisation which allow supporting agencies to meet with professionals across IMPAKT’s branches in Bedfordshire, Luton, Cambridgeshire, and North Hertfordshire.
The events aim to bring professionals together to collaborate on developing strategies to support survivors and end domestic abuse.

Cartwright King Solicitors has offices across England including Blackburn, Manchester, London, Birmingham, Derby, Leicester and Nottingham.
Heading up the sponsorship initiative is Regional Director and Head of Childcare at Cartwright King, Mindy Chall. She said: “By supporting initiatives like IMPAKT’s coffee mornings, we help create a stronger, more connected network for those escaping the cycle of abuse.
“We’re not just supporting a charity; we’re empowering a community. At Cartwright King Solicitors, we believe in building connections that bring safety and hope to some of society’s most vulnerable.
"As our childcare team grows, so does our responsibility to those in need. Sponsoring IMPAKT means we can help build bridges for the vulnerable, offering them not just legal support, but a path to a safer, brighter future."

Established in 1986 as Bedford YMCA, IMPAKT was set up to help the homeless and later victims of domestic abuse.
The charity offers services and resources tailored to help remove the victim from the abuser at the earliest opportunity and provide the emotional and practical support to make the transition as smooth as possible.
In addition to its coffee mornings, the charity holds donation events and initiatives such as its Community Larder event and Wishing Tree campaign.
Mindy added: “True impact comes from collective effort. By supporting IMPAKT's invaluable work, we are proud to be part of a community that stands together to uplift and empower those who have faced unimaginable challenges.
“Together, we are addressing immediate needs, and most importantly planting the seeds of lasting change for those affected by domestic abuse."
