Toronto’s own Julian Taylor, celebrated singer-songwriter and 4x JUNO nominee, is set to perform at Gullivers NQ in Manchester on January 30, 2025. Part of his UK and Ireland tour, Taylor will share songs from his reflective and genre-spanning album 'Pathways', hailed as “deeply reflective” by Entertainment Focus.

The tour kicks off on January 16 at Your Roots Are Showing in Killarney, Ireland, and includes a packed schedule of headline dates, festival showcases, and special support performances. Highlights include UK Americana Music Week in London on January 21 and a string of UK shows at venues like Levis' Corner House in Cork, Gullivers NQ in Manchester, and Theatre Royal in Dumfries.

Co-produced by Colin Linden (Emmylou Harris, Bruce Cockburn), 'Pathways' captures Taylor’s mastery of songwriting and features the poignant title track with Grammy winner Allison Russell, which earned a nomination for the UK Americana Music Awards’ International Song of the Year. Described by The Bluegrass Situation as “filled with curiosity, emotion, and the subtle, intrinsic tones of a modern world unfolding,” 'Pathways' reflects Taylor’s journey of “righteousness, acceptance, and enlightenment.”

Taylor’s achievements extend beyond his celebrated albums, with a career spanning two decades, millions of Spotify streams, and recognition as one of Canada’s foremost folk artists. Known for his captivating live performances, Taylor has toured extensively across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, sharing stages with the likes of Serena Ryder, Blue Rodeo, and Keb’ Mo’.
