Global music artist Tope Dada releases groundbreaking book on music and mental health
With over 15 years of experience in music ministry and more than 30 recorded tracks, Tope Dada’s latest work blends personal experiences with research-backed insights. From navigating rejection and depression in his early years in Nigeria to becoming an internationally recognized gospel voice, Dada shares how music helped restore his identity—and how it can do the same for others.
“This book is for anyone who’s ever felt broken, unseen, or overwhelmed,” Dada says. “I want readers to understand that music is not just entertainment—it’s medicine.”
