Residents and staff members at De Brook Lodge care home are supporting the Manchester Shoebox Appeal this Christmastime by becoming a donation drop-off location.

The Manchester Shoebox Appeal, run by Manchester Street Angels, encourages communities to donate gifts for vulnerable people and animals so that they might receive a Christmas gift.

Alan Eyres, the Home Manager at De Brook Lodge, said Community is so important to everyone at De Brook Lodge, and we’re always looking for ways to support those around us who might be struggling.
