Crewe key worker praises ‘awesome’ Taylor Wimpey after first home purchase

Sabith Raji-Banjoko an NHS Radiographer, specialising in Breast Care was renting with her husband Oluwaseun, daughter Nailah and son Faiz. The family were keen to find somewhere they could call their own, with plenty of space for their busy lifestyle.

The family turned to Taylor Wimpey following a recommendation from a friend who had bought at Stoneley Park in Coppenhall. They quickly fell in love with the development and completed their purchase.

Sabith said: “The size of the development, with so many different house types, coupled with the warm reception we got from the Sales Executive Mel really impressed us. It can be difficult to know what new homes are like but the quality of this development has been top notch.

“It’s also close to my work and the kids’ school, which was a big factor.”

The family chose a detached four-bedroom Downham house, giving them all the room that they need. Both children have their own bedroom and the remaining bedroom has been turned into an office.

Sabith said: “We really love the kitchen/diner area. There is so much light during the day, and my husband really enjoys working there on his computer.”

Sabith said: “Qualifying for the key worker discount gave us £10,000 off our new home, which we put towards upgrades. It was a significant incentive that brought down our upgrade cost and made the purchase a lot easier for us.

“The energy efficiency of newly built homes was also a big consideration, and is the reason that we were only interested in a new build.”

The family have nothing but praise for Taylor Wimpey and in particular their sales team. Sabith added: “At first, we weren't sure what to expect due to the long completion date of nine months that we were given when we first visited.

“But the process was seamless for us all thanks to the stage-by-stage updates we got from Mel. Any issues that we had after moving in were resolved in a timely manner and we’re really pleased with the house. Taylor Wimpey North West are just awesome.”
