Legal professionals from across Greater Manchester and parts of Cheshire have come together as part a new initiative aiming to promote the sector and bring local firms closer together.
Trafford Law Society is behind the drive and is spearheading a new programme of events, including special interest groups and Junior Lawyer activities, designed to share best practice in Trafford.

Other law firms across the region are being encouraged to get involved with Trafford Law Society, with more events being planned and an aspiration to create a dedicated networking group for young professionals in the near future.
Aaron & Partners, which has offices in Altrincham, is backing the initiative and helped organise the first event.
"This is a fantastic part of the North West region and there is a huge opportunity for legal firms in this area to do more together," said Helen Johnson, Partner and Head of Marketing and Business Development at Aaron & Partners.

The intention to bring younger professionals together is also a concept we’ve seen work well in other locations where we have a presence, such as Chester and Shropshire, so we’re excited to help get that off the ground.
“We're very happy to be part of the effort alongside Trafford Law Society and would urge others in the region to consider getting involved too."
