Rudy’s first began firing its pizzas in 2015 in Ancoats. Since launching, the pizza chain has grown in popularity becoming a staple across the UK and is now set to open a new restaurant in Altrincham this July.
Best known for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas, the new opening will mark the brand’s seventh pizzeria in Greater Manchester and its 27th in the country. The new restaurant will be located in the former OneCentral food court on Central Way, right in the heart of the town.

We can’t wait to launch our newest site in Greater Manchester and welcome both residents and visitors to enjoy a slice of Naples right here in Altrincham.”
Inside, there will be spaces for more than 100 guests – and more outdoor seating – including a second level balcony inside overlooking the restaurant to give it that cosy Rudy’s feel. Additionally, the new Rudy’s Altrincham will create up to 30 jobs in the local area with both front of house and pizzaiolos positions.
While authentic Neapolitan pizzas are a key part of Rudy’s, it wouldn’t be a traditional Naples experience without a well-stocked bar with plenty of Italian spritzes and crisp Italian lagers to pick.
