Award-winning aesthetics clinic launches bespoke menopause services

Dr. Ed Robinson’s Clinic is launching a new menopause service to offer access to advanced testing, education, holistic care, and tailored treatment plans to empower women.

The CQC-registered clinic will provide unrivalled support for women peri-, post- and those going through the menopause.

One of the UK's leading aesthetic doctors, Dr. Ed Robinson, said: “I’m very excited to be launching this service and offering vital support. A lot of our patients around this age come in quite stressed not only about their appearance or skin, but the other bodily changes.

The clinic will be run In line with NICE and British Menopause Society guidelines by Dr. Julia Price Bsc (Hons), MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG. She has been an NHS GP Partner since 2017 working in a busy practice of 13,500 patients in Greater Manchester.

Dr. Julia said: “I am thrilled to be joining Dr. Ed’s team to provide personalised care to my local women of Hale and beyond!”

Within the practice, Dr. Julia is a GP Trainer, Menopause Lead, Adult Safeguarding Lead and Care Home Lead. She also gained a wealth of experience working amongst some of the UKs most experienced menopause specialists in a large private menopause clinic between 2022 and 2025.

She added: “I’ve completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and British Menopause Society (BMS) Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care”.

The menopause service will help patients manage symptoms such as hot flushes, mood changes, and vaginal dryness, as well as sexual health support, lifestyle advice, and ongoing follow-up.

Dr. Julia explained: “I became interested in women’s health and menopause during my own long IVF journey where I felt the negative impact that a change in hormones had on my health and wellbeing.

“Also, during COVID with major issues in supplies of HRT, we had to closely support women in menopause, and it was during this time I felt the reward of helping women through this transition.

“The role is so varied, which is why I love it. I want to do what I can to help those navigate the menopause.”

Dr. Ed Robinson added: “Dr. Julia is great and her enthusiasm to help others is unmatched.

“Her comprehensive assessments will be a great aid in helping patients find the appropriate hormone and non-hormone treatment options for them.

Dr. Julia added: “I’m here as an experienced menopause specialist to offer a friendly personalised, professional, evidence-based service.”
