Plenty of big-name players remain free agents after the Premier League registration deadline.
Manchester United were busy in the summer transfer window, spending more than £200million in a bid to strengthen their squad, and Manchester City were also pretty busy, securing signings such as Josko Gvardiol and losing the likes of Riyad Mahrez.
With the window now over, and with the Premier League registration window also having passed, there are a number of free agents who remain without clubs. Those players can still join new clubs, but they do now face missing out on league and European action until January depending on where they end up due to registration rules.
