New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bolton’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Fireaway Pizza, at 67 Market Street, Westhoughton, Bolton was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 7.

And Dallas Chicken Mirchi Grill & Pizza, at 252-254 St Helens Road, Bolton was given a score of two on February 19.

It means that of Bolton's 369 takeaways with ratings, 115 (31%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
