Watch adorable Manchester tot perfectly mimic Gladiators poses in front of TV

This is the hilarious moment a tot perfectly mimicked the poses of athletes from his favourite TV show - Gladiators.

The video shows Sonny Coulson, two, recreating the poses of Giant, Electro, Fury and even Manchester’s own Dynamite among others. Dad Dave Coulson, 40, captured the funny moment as he cheered on his son from the sofa. Dave and his family have been fans of the BBC hit show since the first episode and have been watching it religiously.

Dave, a digital producer from Manchester, said: "With the kids we would usually just watch CBeebies but this is the first program for all the family that we all love together. Any program that's aimed at parents they didn’t really care, but with Gladiators the kids are so engaged with it - they love it."

Dave and his wife Alice, 36, couldn't believe it when Sonny first started re-enacting the poses from the TV giants. He said: "We just found it hilarious. I remember Alice nudged me going 'look what he's doing'" We just couldn't believe how accurate he got it."

Dave added: "From about the second episode, both Sonny and his older sister, Betsy, have been doing it. Sonny loves copying his older sister and they just kept doing the poses from the opening credits. He loves doing it virtually every episode apart from one week when he was grumpy because he hadn’t finished his tea when it started!"
