Punjab Takeaway, a takeaway at 65 Lord Street, Bury was given the score after assessment on May 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bury's 216 takeaways with ratings, 141 (65%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
